Even though I have the Legacy: Ascendant Scepter in my quests but when I look at the Engram Tracker It tells me to reactivate Defiant Engram or Deep Engram rewards at the War Table or the Sonar Station in the helm. Due to this I cannot get Defiant Engrams to turn in for the Deepsights from the recovered Leviathan Weapons and I need to get 2 more weapons from that seaon and it is doing this on all 3 characters
