So I have obtained the Wish Keeper on my warlock and then took a break for a while as I am coming back I wanted to start the catalyst for this weapon. However when I try to progress the quest for the Tower part of the catalyst the anomaly isn't spawning and blocking me from progressing. I tried to do the seasonally story on another character and got to this point but the same is still happening please help.
