Enhanced Field Prep bugged (and maybe Frenzy)?

Heyo everyone, maybe I'm missing something or something's wrong. I just decided to try out the new crafting and crafted a Red Herring Rocket Launcher with - Enhanced Trait: Field Prep - Enhanced Trait: Frenzy So I was in the Enclave, in the small compartment behind the crafting station with the floating rings (that you can damage and that regenerates ammo for you). I decided to see what the traits are all about. So I took a Red Herring (drop) without field prep, a drop with Field Prep and the crafted one with Enhanced Field Prep. The "enhanced" version is the "greatly" increased ammo reserves description and it was true. Normal Rocket Launcher in that room: 8 Rockets Field Prep: 9 Rockets Enhanced Field Prep: 10 Rockets Each added Ammo Reserves Mod added +1 Rocket to the Magazine, so a total of 10/11 for reg and reg+prep The first time, the crafted enhanced Herring had now 12 rockets, but after leaving and returning, it too was capped at 11 total rockets in the magazine. However, I then decided to do some public events and upon rallying the flag, even though I sill had two Ammo Reserves equipped, the enhanced Red Herring (i.e. that which had 12 rockets stocked in the enclave) now had a maximum of only 10 Rockets in total. Anyone else encountered this? The same is btw true for other rocket launchers. Without anything, in the Throne Wold, I couldn't pick up heavy bricks at 7 rockets total without regular field prep, though the maximum was 8 in the enclave (without any mods). _ On a side note, I can't see a difference in duration for regular Frenzy and Enhanced Frenzy. It states it has a longer duration but as long as I was in combat and Frenzy (both) were active, I never lost the buff (neither did I with regular Frenzy before WQ). And the out-of-combat-timer seems to be 5 seconds for each too. Kind regards
