I had to unlink, then relink the clan to the account, but that didn't fix the entire issue.
You will also need to have 3 members online in clan on Destiny 1 to remove the provisional status.

Hi, We tried all that. The other members aren't showing provisional. It's just me. I also de-linked and relinked on both consoles that my account is linked to and it still didn't work. Thanks.

Modifié par virpyre : 2/7/2024 1:34:39 AMYou can try this it might work. 1. Visit the clan page on Bungie.net. (not through the companion app) 2. Click the "Interact" button. 3. Select the "Repair Playstation/Xbox Clan" option from the menu. 4. Clicking the repair option should update the player's clan name in Destiny. Note: You have to be Admin or Clan Leader for this to work.

Are you able to provide a direct link? I seen this in other posts and forums and I couldn't find it. One clan mate even looked and he found an article about that being removed because it's a legacy title and it's use may not be needed.

Modifié par virpyre : 2/7/2024 1:39:28 AMYea, it worked 7 years ago. All legacy features were disabled in 2017. It may only say, "Add, Remove, and Report" now.

I don't even see that. Clan leader made me an admin and we are both looking... I wish there was a way to get a hold of Bungie support directly. I even tried X and there was no response.

Modifié par virpyre : 2/7/2024 2:23:27 AMThey don't offer support for Destiny 1. You might find what you need here. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024352-Legacy-Support-Guide-for-Destiny-1

Thanks but I actually managed to get it working. I made a new bungie account, delinked my PSN from my old one and re-linked my PSN to the new account. Thank you for your help.

Modifié par virpyre : 2/7/2024 4:33:45 AMI'm glad to hear. Yeah, there was a guy that suggested making f2p accounts to see if it would push a change in the system. Didn't think of suggesting it.
