So I pre-ordered the final shape and picked up my items from the new kiosk. The problem is that when I try to equip the emblem on my other characters, it doesn't show up on their collection. I went to Flair -> Emblems -> General and it wasn't listed there. I went back on my main character and stored it to see if maybe that would fix it but now it disappeared entirely.
