Can't get Parting the Veil quest
Finished prerequisites for Parting the Veil, and though Nimbus's vendor icon is blinking, I can't get the quest at all. Restarting game, trying to leave fireteams etc. didn't help.

-I have every single strand unlock for the class
-I did do the exotic quest for Deterministic Chaos
-it's not in my quest tab unseen by accident
Could I get some help? Thanks in advance!

bumping again, can someone at bungie staff PLEASE look into this? it's not fair that he's locked out of an aspect and hand cannon that everyone else has because of some technical hiccup that no one seems to care about. posting about a bug on the forums and praying that someone at bungie will see it is like pulling teeth while blindfolded.
