I'm a returning player, and I've been encountering an unfortunate issue while playing the game. Every time I attempt to collect items or defeat enemies, I get abruptly disconnected from the game with an error code called "Monkey." Regrettably, this problem has persisted throughout yesterday and today. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from @BungieHelp on Twitter, they haven't addressed this specific issue yet. I diligently followed the troubleshooting guides provided on the forums, but the problem persists. Interestingly, when I created a new character, the game functioned perfectly fine. However, I have a strong attachment to my old character and really desire to continue using it.
