From what I know, the Elsikni, Hive, Lubrae, Harmony, Humans, and I think a couple others. Although lately it seems like the Traveller didn't really choose us, as it had no other choice.

I think there is a theory that the ecumene were also chosen because they were a interstellar civilization/government and with advanced technology like that it safe to say that they were most likely have been chosen by the traveler before they were killed by the hive and there was these aliens called ammonites that were chosen also but like most of the aliens not much is known and I hope bungie will tell us more about them
