Because I know humanity and the hive and the Eliksni were chosen and rhulk species was chosen but what was his species called and do we know any other species that were chosen by the traveler and had a golden age

3 commentairesAll I have to say is, if you like Destiny lore then you’ll love Halo lore. I find Halo lore a lot more into depth and interesting. Especially since 343 make separate story lines apart from the main stream games. Which include many different aspects of the Halo universes. The most interesting Lore is based on the Flood and Forerunners.

Probably at least 1000 if not more given how long the traveler has been roaming the universe and the darkness has pursued it.

Modifié par piratepatchy243 : 1/12/2023 3:40:41 AMThere's a total of 6 currently, you should go over Books of Sorrow as you've only mentioned 3( Lebanese have 2 opposing factions ). Ammonite Satellite Congress, Ecumene, Harmony, Eliksni, Humanity, and I believe a new one called The Regime( Lubraean ) The Hive and Wanderers( also Lebanese ) are of the darkness, and many of the light were obliterated leaving only Eliksni and Humanity.

I think the D1/D2 tiger people were but only time they're mentioned is from Fenchurch in a lore tab

2 commentairesModifié par BOSSNONO254 : 1/19/2023 5:20:30 PMThere were possibly hundreds of civilizations. The known ones from the lore are the Ammonites, Dakua, and the Harmony. Most of these species were part of the Ecumene, which was an alliance compromised of many technologically advanced species blessed by the traveler. These groups ultimately perished to the hive during a galactic war. After that, those remaining were either searched for killed by the hive, are in hiding, or were integrated as one of Callus’s Shadows. (*Now let’s say these groups existed with our guardians light powers. Then I have no doubt in my mind that the darkness would in fact be bested by the light.)

I don't think Bungie did writing for that case. Players very often overreact about games and crazy theories been born. It's easy to say, because main story become more naive and have big amounts of cliche. Meaning, they make it on hurry. Bungie proved that they do no care about lore they written. Idk way, but logic on story is now on very low profile.

1 commentaireI guess it depends on what you mean exactly. A lot of different people were visited but only in the Sol system was there ever a decision to let the light be wielded.

1 commentaireFrom what I know, the Elsikni, Hive, Lubrae, Harmony, Humans, and I think a couple others. Although lately it seems like the Traveller didn't really choose us, as it had no other choice.

Rhulk is from Lubrae. So their race would be Lubrean. They were thought to be touched by the Traveler. There are older civilizations that are also associated with the Traveler like the Harmony. It designed the Gift Mast for them as a means to try and flee. Those species did not have ghosts (As far as we know), so humanity was the first but that is also the first time that the Traveler was damaged and had to resort to deploying ghosts as a defense mechanism.
