Yeah you are not alone, some people have this problem for almost a month, after dozens of topics open on the forum, May 18 Bungie finally stated that they are aware and investigating the issue but since this problems only seems to occur on laptops they also stated that they have no obligation to make the game run on laptops and their PC support doesn't apply to laptops.....and even changed the requirements of the games to state that, even if at launch they didn't mention nothing and there's probably thousands of gaming laptop owners that bought their game.

so everyone complained that the requirements didnt state anything about laptops, so instead of fixing the issue, they just change requirements? wow. it seems that they forgot that Nvidia adverts showed the game on laptops

For what i understood they will try to fix the problem, i think they just meant that this issue isn't on their high priority list since they don't have any obligation to the laptop gamers spectrum or they are just covering their back in case they are not able to fix this issue or another laptop related issues in the future. "it seems that they forgot that Nvidia adverts showed the game on laptops." Ahahah yeah, i actually remember updating my Nvidia drivers when i bought the game on launch and they displaying a ad like that. more funnier even go to this Destiny 2 page on Nvidia Site scroll down and see: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/destiny-2/ No coments XD

That's the boat I'm in right now. Haven't been able to play and can't seem to find a fix that makes the game remotely playable.
