Sidenote, it would be nice to be able to select or deselect weapons in said loadouts. Im not always a fan of having weapons auto swapped when i just need the armor/subclasses. Keep the fuction for people who [i]do[/i] use it to swap weapons, but just give us that freedom like with DIM loadouts

Pull out a primary, special and heavy blue weapon from collections. Add them to your load out and save. After you've saved your loadouts, delete those blue weapons. Voilà, load out with no weapons.
