We still need more loadout slots
Prismatic alone added enough customization to justify adding several extra slots. Im thankful we got 2 more with the final shape, but i still feel like were lacking.
I dont care if theyre locked behind even higher tiers of guardian rank like +2 at rank 9 and another +2 at rank 10. That would at least give me a reason to grind those out. Ideally these would just be added to the other sources (the +2s from completing tfs and the rank 8 requirement just become +4s or +6s)

1 commentaireThey should not be locked behind some idiotic BS like guardian rank at all, as long as stuff like commendations are needed to level it. You can use DIM to save more loadouts, but there should definitely be more option in game.

Very happy they added 2 more with the final shape. Agreed that there should be more though. Using new builds is a large part of the replay ability of this game.

Would be nice to have more. They could even make content out of unlocking it, and I [b] DON'T [/b] mean guardian ranks rubbish. Maybe a proper mission or something

Would disagree about guardian ranks. However, do agree about needing more in game. Also, as others have said, DIM is a great resource.

I agree, but it's unlikely they will come any time soon. For now, download dim and do your loadouts there.

1 commentaireSidenote, it would be nice to be able to select or deselect weapons in said loadouts. Im not always a fan of having weapons auto swapped when i just need the armor/subclasses. Keep the fuction for people who [i]do[/i] use it to swap weapons, but just give us that freedom like with DIM loadouts

3 commentairesTotally agree. A decade ago, when the beta for FFXIV first came out, you had the ability to not only make loadouts, but make basically infinite loadouts. So you could save 30 40 or even 50 loadouts for various classes. Meanwhile, a decade later, bongo still failed to make a good system with loadouts. We're limited, in how many we have, when we do get new ones we only get two, you can't rename them, reorganize them, or even delete them. You could do all that as soon as FFXIV came out. That said, FFXIV is also made by much smarter, and more talented developers.
