Imagine thinking that. Stats suggest that vex, messenger, and nothing else other than handcannons, perform well. Oh and shotguns. 14 of the top 18 guns are HCs and SGs

I mean you went .6 Vs a team of messengers, and 0.4 Vs another team of messengers, and the only vex you played today/yesterday put a 12 kd against your team despite him being a low level. Not arguing, I don't even play PvP other than to do bounties, I just look at the figures. Sure all guns can do well, given ability, lag, P2P, high pings, crossplay desync. Stats show that vex is by FAR the highest killing weapon in crucible, despite hardly anyone having it, it's over performing by a long way. Messenger is right up there a distant 5th, but well ahead of anything non handcannon in the primary slot,surrounded by 13 handcannons. Weirdly 2nd 3rd and 4th are all shotgun mains, so people who dont have vex are using shotguns. The top guns are way ahead of anything else regarding efficiency.

Still went flawless. Not denying that messenger and darkest aren’t good but you’re going off of hyper specific games. Easy to criticize when you aren’t good yourself. The fact is sidearms and scouts and can compete and if they gotta buff they’d be busted. D2 PvP is the most balanced and hated it’s ever been. PvE players don’t like it when they can’t just go grab their Thorn or Gravitons for easy kills. Vex isn’t that hard to go against, frustrating sure but a needless nerf despite Ace of Spades roaming free.

Not criticizing, no point. I don't play PvP n I've almost stopped playing pve, and I'm no judge of you or anyone elses ability. I lost faith in bungie, and this games mechanics many years ago. The maths don't lie tho, the fact that vex has such low numbers in players hands, compared to everything else, yet has triple the amount of kills of most guns combined, and double the kills of its nearest rivals, says it broken, badly. If you play people of the same ability, vex wins in almost all situations. Sure you can out range it with a scout, or go inviz n kill it with a sidearm, but you'll not do that everytime, whereas vex gets away with things it shouldn't. It's highly likely that the stats suggest vex make poor/average players much better, maybe it's not that strong in top tier 3s, but that's not the point. I'd never diss rat king, my mate swears by it n he lives in competitive modes.
