Crap.
Any other user accounts on your console? I remember seeing an issue in the past where a PS4 was refusing to see Destiny license(s) as it would only recognise the f2p license on another account.

No it’s only been this account from new. If only PlayStation support in UK were more helpful. My case has been ‘prioritised’ 10 days ago!!!
