Beyond Light disappeared
Hi, I preordered the deluxe edition for PS4 and was able to play it , along with the expansion, until I got a PS5. When I downloaded it to ps5 beyond light was missing and also from the PS4. I can still play the season though but when I try anything to do with BL it prompts me to purchase it. I’ve even tried buying it again but it won’t let me as It says I’ve already got it.
I’ve restored licenses and everything else that has been suggested to others without success.
I’m in UK and have been in touch with PlayStation support for over 2 weeks without an answer.
Please could someone who has managed to get this issue resolved, please advise how.

If not, try deactivating both systems as primary (if you still have PS4) then restore licenses, then reactivate as primary and restore licenses again. I did not experience this on my PS5 but had a similar issue on PS4 and the above worked. Go ahead and reactivate the PS4 as primary also, you can have both gens active as primary.
