• Please see the comment I left. Bungie cannot help with old codes on platforms that are no longer supported.

  • Ah ok. Can you tell me where you read that please? I've looked online, but not seen anything on this subject.

  • There’s nothing documented. It’s been from past experience and other users reporting the same thing.

  • Older codes have to be taken up with the retailer, as bungie does not issue codes.. Most older retailer codes have expired

where has this info come from? I get issued codes for emblems from Bungie every time I buy something from their store? Amazon didn't issue me a code. It was in the box that Bungie produced for sale. Edit: I'm honestly not trying to sound tetchy! I'm just thinking this doesn't sound right. If anyone can point me to where Bungie say tough luck kiddo or someone from Bungie can confirm what you guys are saying I'm fine with that. They ask people to post in their help forum & seem to very rarely respond and leave it for their community to offer opinions.

The help forums if you see the introduction is users helping users. If we give you the correct answer, which we have, bungie has no reason to come in and waste time saying exactly the same thing we have told you. Alot of us hang around in here and help daily, and can answer most every question posted. Someone always will have a correct answer, and if not, bungie will chime in

  • Fair comment, but you and I both know that this forum is full of trolls and opinions rather than facts so its difficult and often foolish to believe what's being said on here without sources. Bungie Help twitter account tells people to ask their questions on here. Again, stands to reason that if they refer people here that they would have a team of employees looking here to provide some input. After all they have 3 community managers...... who are they managing? Once more. Not dismissing anyones input, just wanting to make sure that the people telling me that Bungie effectively robbed me were correct.

  • We try to keep trolls out of the help section. The help section usually stays troll free, but if we see one , and they are causing disruptions while we try to help, alot of us will report them and try to have them removed. Its very different here than the feedback section

  • Bungie does not issue dlcs or codes for content. They simply make the content. You have to ask the retailer if they have any valid codes. For older content the answer is likely no. Bungie store items are different as bungie runs that store. Dlcs , season passes ect are sold through a retailer, not bungie store
