Ok, so the truth is I bought Forsaken for pc, but didn't open it as frankly I needed to get a better machine to play it. I then bought Shadowkeep for pc, but realised I can't play anything from Forsaken.
So..... decided to open the case for Forsaken & noticed that it has a 20 digit code for Battle.net.
Any ideas how I can get this to work now?

Edited by ADragonWithin: 2/12/2020 1:58:53 PMIf you haven't already performed a Migration from Blizzard's Battle.net to Steam, then you can apply the code on Blizzard's site and then migrate your account; this will transfer the license over. Please bear in mind that if you do such, the Blizzard save data will completely overwrite your Steam save data. It will have no effect on your Xbox Save Data. If you have already performed a Migration from Blizzard's Battle.net to Steam, then the code is worthless to you. The code is still valid, so the retailer most likely won't be willing to give you a refund, especially as it seems you waited quite a bit past what most retailers would have as a return policy, but you could try to contact the retailer for a refund. That would be entirely between yourself and the retailer you purchased from. Bungie will not replace your Blizzard code with a Steam code.

No. There’s really nothing you can do about it now. You will most likely not be able to redeem it and if you already performed your PC migration, you can’t do it again just for the entitlements.
