Oxygen is ok. Loaded Question and Wendigo are both fantastic though.

Oxygen was meh at best they could have at least added rapid hit as a hidden perk

Yeah, Oxygen should have had Meganeura and Dragonfly combined together, and then had another perk.

The main problem is that the scout archetype is a bit meh at the moment.
