Why does Hawkmoon [i]need[/i] to be better than Eyasluna? Being exotic doesn't mean that you're strictly better than a legendary counterpart, it means you're unique.

With that logic we could create a gun called "rock caster" it will be a sling shot. This weapon is exotic This weapon actually doesn't do any damage. You have 5 rocks. This weapon hits the target and staggers them. He exotic perk will be "David and Goliath" One random rock has a chance to insta kill someone. (Has to be head shot)
