Vex and Black Hammer, sorry to point out a huge hole in your argument.

Vex is so overpowered in Crucible it's crazy. and I personally don't like the black hammer, I prefer my LDR 5001 and Pray's Revenge.

It is which makes it great for the crucible. The whole point of the crucible is to win at all costs as long as you don't cheat. Black Hammer isn't good for the crucible, but is one of the best weapons for PvE bosses in the game IMO.
