They don't listen at all and do what they want.
We're basically a support group for our addiction at this point.
They'll respond within 5 min if you find a silver glitch though lol. They'll pull they entire system down within 10 min and have entire staff roll out a new patch within 30 min.
Meanwhile...valid issues since D1 are still in game lol.
