My feedback is: you ignore my posts.

I’ve posted countless times about the subclass trophies/achievements being glitched. Not anyone from bungie nor a mod has taken the 10 seconds just to acknowledge the issue. You just choose to ignore me and the others posting about it.

              Maybe look through the different help sections first. Do you like answering the same question more than 2 times. Imagine the scale bungie is doing that. It's a forum, all discussions are open for view so you may find your question already answered I'm not saying thats the case here, and you may very well be one of the first to notice a issue. But rn if u go to help, at least last night you would see bungie reply tag on like every third post, all the post being about Iron banner rep. Again bungie is answering the same question to multiple people over and over and over. Sometimes things get missed, or it's felt they don't need to be addressed for 100th time Just went and looked after posting this. Go to game issues, multiple post about subclasses being glitches, multiple having responses saying its a know issue You can't expect them to have something resolved or published how to resolve it but they are communicating with the community. [spoiler]now listing to the feedback forum tho, thats a different topic I would say [/spoiler]

                  • Bungie doesn’t come here for feedback, this is where feedback goes to die. If you want to give feedback that someone at Bungie might actually see use Twitter. I’ve been playing since TDB and Imo “ We’re listening” is bs. It’s their reasoning when they get something right and their excuse when they -blam!- something up.

                        I agree. Bungie Forum is a blackhole. Highly upvoted posts get buried over time, unrecognized. If it were organized, then major problems could be searched, then verified as recognized/resolved by the public.

                        • Full heads up. I've had my Triumph and Raid achievements glitched for... 3 years? Reported it a dozen times or so back when it happened, got nothing but silence. I finally gave up. The raid one only popped randomly one day, but still waiting for my triumph one. Which is the title I'm actively wearing in-game too ha

                          • They don't listen at all and do what they want. We're basically a support group for our addiction at this point. They'll respond within 5 min if you find a silver glitch though lol. They'll pull they entire system down within 10 min and have entire staff roll out a new patch within 30 min. Meanwhile...valid issues since D1 are still in game lol.

                                    All our posts. And Tweets. 99.9999% of the time. However the Streamer-YouTube Management Team do manage to respond to those few, on a daily basis. It has NOTHING to do with serving the customer, it is everything to do with self-interest and self-promotion. In my opinion, they need a ticket system for game issues. They need to take ownership of a feedback and communication loop. In that they ask for regular input in a format they doesn't overwhelm analysis, such as by polls. Also that they update outgoing information on community selected issues, perhaps tackling a few top issues on something like a monthly basis. Just a thought. Because the feedback loop right now is dysfunctional. Twitter is filtered by "popularity" of accounts and castrated by soundbite limits. Reddit is moderated and filtered. YouTuber-Streamers aren't the community and they aren't the leaders of the community. A team dedicated to serving their needs isn't serving ours. For that matter "the community" is not remotely -blam!-. It isn't working and it could be orchestrated and fixed. ***Censored word was hom- *genous.

                                    • There’s only select times when mods or people from Bungie reply to posts. Tbh they get a lot of hate, and the forums page is usually populated by a near lethal dose of toxicity. I wouldn’t want to hang around here if I worked at Bungie. About your issue though, I hope there’s a fix of workaround soon. I can’t offer much more than good wishes

                                        • You will not get a response on issues that affect players negatively aside from we are looking into the issue. These types of issues typically get addressed next season or not at all Issues that affect the player in a positive way get the hot fix/nerf asap or before next reset at the latest ie: ammo bugs, extra loot dropping, increased reputation, anything that allows you to acquire extra loot or complete an activity too quickly

                                              There are two key requirements in order to get a response/fix in a timely manner. 1: The issue must involve us getting our super back abnormally fast by an item in the game, resulting in players having fun. 2: the issue must involve silver.
