Im surprised by the amount of people that defend this. They just eat it up and defend Bungie like royal guard dogs. I made a petition to remove the pass before it gets out of hand and turns into Black ops 4 and already I have clowns defending this pay to win garbage but oh well.

Just add the content in game. Simple. Not in a pass. Stuff should be earned through quests amd other activities. Thats it. Its not rocket science.

There will still be loot exclusive to in-game activities. This is just a separate set of stuff you get for leveling xp. It's eververse...but instead of rng, you get specific items at specific levels. It's funny how so many people are upset by this, a good thing lol

Season comes free with Shadkwkeep. The rest of the seasons in the year are the rest of the years content drops aka the same thing as the annual pass we just had...except now you can buy seasons individually instead of all together, and any season you buy COMES WITH THE BATTLE PASS FREE. This is not a bad thing, it's actually mlre cool stuff for us lol

Each season is 10$. Instead of buying a season pass you can buy them individually. Say the exotic you get from waiting is extremely op if you play say it gets released 3 days after the season starts you do the quest get it the day off or the day after released. Or you wait till the end of the season and get slaughtered by it for the first few weeks of the season.

Your name says it all. No, I want to pay for the dlc and get dlc content that isnt in some stupid pass. The content should be a part of the dlc that is purchased in the form of an exotic quest or something.

Relax I forget some things because there are so many people to respond to and I just got through an agonizing solo queue comp grind for recluse. Ok yes it is included with shadowkeep you are correct. But they shouldnt make a stupid pass with a free version in the first place. Id rather the content be locked behind the actual dlc as it should be. Not this whole different pass tier shenanigans. Im going to buy the dlc anyway. So you may think the whole point of me arguing is dumb. But Im just trying to get bungie to steer clear from this crap as the warning signs are already showing. Soon enough Im sure this will turn out to be just like Black ops 4. This pass should only be cosmetics and thats final.

It’s why after Shadowkeep, I’m bowing out of the Destiny Franchise. I got a lot of other games to keep me occupied for a while. Borderlands 3, Doom Eternal, Gears 5, Star Wars Fallen Order, Cyberpunk2077, etc. so yeah, bye bye Destiny for me. Can’t support this scummy anti-consumer crap.

Look, if you buy shadowkeep, you get the first season of content free. This means that you ha e the premium battle pass included. When the next season rolls around, it's $10, this means all normal seasonal content like forges from Black armory or Menagerie from Opulence PLUS the premium battlepass included. So, you will have all the normal content added in seasons, a the loot that drops from those activities AND the battlepass, all for the same price as we paid for each season last year. So, basically, the battle pass is just an EXTRA set of stuff to get from playing the content. If you plan on buying the content, you get the other crap included. Why is that a bad thing? All this battle pass is, is an enticement for people who AREN'T buying the content to decide they want to start buying the content. All you people act like the battlepass is an extra cost or something. IT'S NOT. It's actually extra stuff for those of us who buy the regular game content drops, I don't understand how y'all can be so mad about that lol. It's just a big misunderstanding because people are assuming it works like the Fortnite deal. It doesnt.
