To me I don't feel the same way.
I don't believe the screen shake is the only thing reducing this weapons effectiveness but it's wacky firing pattern.
To me, it's spread resembles an smg more than an auto rifle.
I've used both of them a lot, but hardlight just feels so off.
It wouldn't be one of the most unused PvP exotics if it's bullets were actually going where you were aiming.
Even in Destiny 1 where it had stability options, it never really hit fully where it was shooting.
It would probably be 80% accuracy at best with max stability in Destiny 1.

I hit 90% of the bullets at long range with it. Compared to scathelock with i miss with a lot because of its low stability and low range.
