I actually think they were running recovery accounts. My sense is they do this week in and week out, and only the carries get burned.
It's the destiny equivalent of waking up in an ice filled bathtub with one less kidney.

that could be. For sure a downside to those paid recoveries. Out the cash and a restriction to boot. Hopefully not deleted accounts (seen it happen)
