It's not you, I got legendary gauntlets engram last night that decrypted into 390.And I am at 400,so it's normal.I do think if I am not mistaken that all legendaries engrams decrypt up to 390 and faction packages up to 400

Thanks for input. I personally don't know why they do this. I've had to break dn tons of Legendary Engrams. Because I ether get the same exact piece as prior or its completely useless because I already have legs with machine gun ammo, rocket,fusion etc etc etc. I'd like to see an increase in glim for kills. I spend it in minutes for necessary junk. But it can take hours to make it. Been playing since drop of destiny. I still don't know all the secrets or how too's my Phogoth run yielded nothing. Yes it was on the higher level. I'll try it again. Anyone know best way to land skeleton key? Also looking to join a clan. I've lost most of my old raider buddies.

It's to slow down the process of getting 400 Light. I'm just annoyed because I have 399 and I need a helmet and a chest from the packages and I keep getting cloaks and arms. Other than that, it makes sense. Also, if you have 400 Light on all characters, why do you need the gear? If you want better perks, it shouldn't matter what level the new gear is as long as it's legendary, right?

A good example of RNG... I did the nightfall on my Hunter got a Monte Carlo as a reward. Did the nightfall again this time on my Warlock and guess what I got? Another Monte Carlo.You didn't get anything from your Phogoth run? Did you have a key to open the chest at the end.Also stuff goes to your postmaster if your inventory is full,but if your postmaster is full, you will lose items as well.I know the Phogoth chest you can get a pair of gauntlets so I am not sure if you are trying to get a certain roll on them on not.As far as skeleton keys, you get a guaranteed key by doing the nightfall for the first time once per character per week.Other than that, grinding out heroic strikes, they drop more often now. And also since you are looking for a clan try looking for one in the recruitment section.If you have anymore questions, don't be afraid to ask
