So if I get killed in one shot by a shotgun then the I suck, but if someone walks into my sights while I'm sniping, then somehow I'm the one with no skill? That sounds extremely biased to me.

No if you don't know how to manuver around shotgunners then you suck. If you you sit at a lane and ADS for 5 minutes and then get a kill because of the games ridiculous aim assist then yes, you have no skill.

What if I just happened to run in the lane and I sniped you as I got there? You wouldn't know if I was there for 1 second or 1 minute. Besides, you can kill even the best players by using a shotgun. So if you die to a shotgun, I wouldn't say you suck because they're not that difficult to use.

But I guess saying you suck is a bit of an egxateration more like you dont know how to counter them.

I can counter them just fine, but there will be certain instances where you will die to them, and there's nothing you could have done about it. At least you can avoid getting sniped, that's not nearly as difficult as avoiding death from a shotgun while you're distracted by someone else, for instance.

Also you would be able to tell if someone just got there as since as soon as you go around if you don't see their red dot immediately then you can tell. But even then the average sniper doesn't do that they just hardscope until the game ends.....
