it avoids the people doing raids for the first time.. you wouldnt believe how many people have joined my fireteam with blue unlevelled weapons and under 3000 grimoires X|

I could understand 3000+ as a requirement, but 4000+ is a little much. I only have 3800, but I've been playing since day one with 150+ raid completions.
