You clearly don't turn in bounties then. Rng isn't THAT bad. I restarted on Xbox in January and I have all exotics except thunderlord and super good advice.

Rng is rng but the odds of you not getting the bounty if you're actually doing at least the majority of PvE bounties each day is so slim and unfeasible that I'm sure you just don't do it.
