I used the utility to check the computer for viruses, while playing the game
I didn’t use anything else, but I can’t prove it, I don’t know how it happened! .. I can’t explain, because I just wanted to play, I play games and work. I do not know how to prove my case

Regardless you won't get unbanned you won't get a refund. Unless you list what you run on your PC while playing destiny I will draw said conclusions. Otherwise your account is banned, no refund given, and no reasoning from Bungie because if they told the cheaters/hackers what they did wrong then they would work around the hack.

You should never run antivirus, malware scanners, or any other utility program while running other programs, especially game programs and most especially, Destiny 2. It can be seen as malicious, as you learned the hard way. 2. Bungie had said not to run any unsupported software in case it triggers a flag.

Unfortunately there is no way you can prove your innocence to us. There was something that was happening in the background of your computer that Bungie detected as harmful, and took action against you.

I think that if I allowed myself to buy such an expensive game with a publication for 3,500 rubles, then I liked the game and I would not cheat or do something illegal or spoiling the license agreement, for me it is a lot of money and I was afraid to lose my account record but now they have banned me ... who never used cheat programs in my life, I don’t even know what they do and how ....

As I said before you are not able to prove your innocence to us. The only people that know why you were banned is Bungie. According to their policies you will not be told why or given a way to appeal this ban. You are just quite simple screwed. Sorry you feel like you wasted your money, but that’s just how bungie operates.

I started to check the computer with the virus scanning program Dr.Web CureIt! found a lot of viruses.... when i checked the computer i played the game .... the game hung up, the black screen was about 10 minutes, I restarted the computer.... I decided that the utility needed to work separately .... I started it again and waited until it finishes the job. after I entered the game, played about 10 minutes, I had included the programs - Nvidia sheld, Discord, USB Audio Device for voice morph, 360 Total Security, Battle.net and a program that launches strippers on the screen when you play, all for that to relax; D removed the strip program
