Hello, I wonder why I was banned, I have never used third-party programs in games in my life. and no one wants to risk for such money
Before I was blocked, my computer system was broken with errors, and the screen went dark, I restarted my computer and went into the game, and then after a while I was banned.the price of the game is 3499 rubles, which is 16% of the average salary of a Russian...
I would not even think about a dishonest game, first of all you need to think not only about yourself but also about people who, like you, play this wonderful game
look please i think you were wrong giving me a ban on the game

Bungie does not discuss bans or appeal them. PC bans are usually due to third party software that could potentially be a threat to Destiny. eg: overlays, viruses, malware, or cheat engines for any game. You will not be unbanned nor will you have your money returned.

Bans are final, they will not discuss, or overturn it, but they will also not give you your money back as they are not the ones who sold you the game.

9 RepliesYou won't get a refund for being banned for cheating. If your screen was popping up numerous errors then you were probably tinkering with files you shouldn't have.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION Bungie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Bungie Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Disputing a Ban or Restriction There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Permanent account bans are only implemented with rigorous checking to ensure that the innocent are not punished alongside the guilty. Bungie does not comment on or discuss individual account restriction or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. Bungie takes actions to preserve the experience of all Destiny players, and does not take account restrictions lightly. Players are responsible for their online account and console hardware, and any actions taken in the world of Destiny, and should be careful of who they allow to access their Destiny account.
