Unfortunately i am disapointed. D2 is still Destiny. No complaint there. But Hunter? Where is any reason to play him? Dodge every 20s or so can harly compare with 20s barrier or Heal. Its ridiculous how they killed hunter. Arcstriden seems also to be great animated and nice to play, but in the end its only to clear out the trash.... same think can be done with pulse rifle and maybe faster.......

Only reason I find hunter so disappointing is because the Warlock has the same dodging ability with his Buff circle.
-
When you use Arcstrider, your melee recharges your dodge on kill. Your dodge then refills the melee in proximity to enemies. This is a very dangerous combo. And potentially a way to lose friends
-
Yes. On the paper it sounds good. When you execure it well combined with precion gunplay it can almost alnost be as good as presing one button with titan or warlock.....

Edited by SoullessRaptor: 7/20/2017 6:20:24 AMExcept that it makes you a moving target and always is going to be useful. A poorly-deployed well or barrier fundamentally wastes the charge for negligible gain or outright loss

Its obe jump. In melee dodge it may prevent one shot. In hunters it does nothing there is almost no positional move in it. Just a spinnfor enemy to take better aim. And its one time in 15 sec (as someobe corrected me - did not checked it yet. Others have long lasting efect to utilize...

Good grief it's a beta. Calm yourself.

I am calm. Just disapointed by how much this obvious thing is disbalanced. And I think that feedback is a good place to pount it out.

When your arcstrider super is active, you have unlimited dodge with no cooldown. Try it!
-
I did. My problem is not unlimited dodge in super but slow moving in it. Anyone ca just run to eliminate my super.... In PvE ut will be great tool for clearing the trash.

Edited by zSwabee: 7/19/2017 11:37:30 AMIt's a 15 second cooldown. It just makes it so that you can only use it about 1 time per gunfight, you can't crutch on it as much.
-
I agree with timer on reload and melee recharge. I just think that dodge it self should work as in destiny 1 to be at least a bit usefull
-
It is useful, you just can't crutch on it. You can use it once about every other fight at least. You have to use it tactically, not randomly.
well technically being random can be a tactic but you get the point.
No argument there. I definately see its uses especialy in pve and I definately need a lot of practice to be able to definately judge it. My main problem liesbin neutral play.
