That's why these spots shouldn't be inaccessible, like the area under the balcony in the Archon Priest.
If you were really fighting, I'd prefer to find the best hiding spot and gradually take out enemies. Not stand in open spaces getting constantly shot at. Seems silly aye

Technically you can still get under there. Just requires a bit more ninja skills. :)
