Hunters can't make it to the top without jumping on someone else's head but when the House of Wolves dlc comes out it will be possible to get up there by equipping those new exotic boots that give you an extra jump...

No, I'm guessing it's like the Warlock armor with the grenades. It doesn't stack. So gunslinger triple jump is max.

Yeah but the high jump would have a 3rd, that might be enough.
