Exactly. They could have glass-walled these places off like they do other areas. Just like the top of the Rasputin's Bunker where you fight the mobs of Omnighul. You cna jump onto the cables and then onto the odd shaped object in the center. There's a ghost up there, so they intended for you to climb up there. I use that spot every time. I HATE fighting groups of enemies in an enclosed area....very claustrophobic feeling in those situations! I wish more areas of the game were open to exploring. I love trying to jump and climb onto high places. The walls around Cosmodrome, you can climb on top in certain areas, tops of buildings, etc. I've always enjoyed exploring these perimeter places and hate finding glass walls. I found a new elevated spot yesterday I plan to use for bounty missions in The Chamber of Night.

Which part are you asking about? I don't make videos, if that's what you're asking, but you may find someone else doing the same things if you search. I'm going to assume you're asking about Rasputin's Bunker: The final room the big circular shaped room with a control panel you must investigate. Then, Omnighul appears in the control room and spawns a bunch of wizards, knights, thrall, finally ending with an Ogre. I think there are several waves of these spawns. At the control panel you investigate, while facing the center of the room, turn right. There are squares around the walls, like the door you enter to get into the bunker. They stick out and are turned like a diamond shape. Jump on top of the one to your right. Use a double or triple jump to get onto the cables as they droop down from the center of the room. Get onto the thickest cable in the center, it's the highest one. From there you can get onto that odd shaped thing in the middle. It's easy to fall off, and the spawns will all gather under it, which means you'll have to wai them out, or lean as close to the edge and snipe away. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzIRvQl_DGA
