You spam-answer every criticism to your thread with "I'm talking about the base melee not special abilities"
Sorry, I think you're wrong if you only look at the base melee and nothing else... Question is: what tools are normally available to a class and is the package under- or overpowered.
Look at it this way (the following is made up on the spot and probably not complete, so feel free to correct me)
Titans have the shortest melee range, but are tougher than others, their special melee ability can instant recharge, they can opt for shoulder charge or the juggernaut shield which helps when closing the distance.
Hunter have a bit more range or a lot if they use the throwing knife, they're also more agile, can switch to blink or become invisible to get close.
If memory serves, the Warlock only has blink to close the distance to a foe... or radiance resistence (which is a super co-ability), so it makes sense to give him more range.

I just checked your profile, and you play your warlock far more than you do any of the other classes. You obviously don't want this be fixed because you know it has a clear advantage over the others.
You obviously don't want this be fixed because you know it has a clear advantage over the others.
This stupid accusation alone is reason enough to stop this pointless discussion... My hunter is 1st char, then I played (and very much enjoyed) a warlock. BUT lately I started playing the hunter again, which is why he is 29, and the warlock still is 28. My hunter also has the higher K/D in PvP, so it seems the bad melee isn't holding him back.... I have the idea that you can't comprehend or are not willing to accept a game where classes are different and several aspects are over- or underpowered. Balance should be archieved when looking at the class as a whole... But because you disagree, I give you pointers for your next topic: Blink, why Titans are left behind Invisibility, why Hunters are unfair Self-Revive, just another Warlock-advantage Fists of panic... now with extra invincibility Arcblade or why your firearms don't matter... have fun...

I also love how you ignore me providing actual evidence to back up my statements.

I will watch your vid... when I'm home... By the way, I also love how you only react to certain parts of my (or anybody else's) post.
-
I love how your the only one here insulting people with comments such as "stupid".

you're*
-
It's *you're and your accusation also was insulting...
-
I just nearly face palmed with that comment, I'm done here, not responding to this anymore.
-
What? you write something like
You obviously don't want this be fixed because you know it has a clear advantage over the others.
and you're amazed that I see such an accusation as insulting? Or was it the small grammar -godwinslaw!- thing, sorry OCD kicked in... Whatever... you soldier on with your numerous topics about how unbalanced this game is, I'll just play it with friend until it's no longer fun...

Invisibility is completely useless in pvp.
-
campers disagree... but if you don't recognize that the last paragraph was an attempt at humor I fear for the worst....

Editado por Eve: 11/4/2014 2:07:39 PMAnother problem the base warlock melee is even more effective and reliable than even the blink strike for the hunter. Which is an ability with a cooldown. That is a serious problem that needs to be addressed.

Editado por Eve: 11/4/2014 1:48:38 PMIncorrect, Titans melee range is the same as the hunters. And tests have been done in regards armor, recovery and agility. And recovery is the only stat that has any noticeable, and useful difference. Even then warlocks also have a inherent shorter delay in recovery time than all other classes. Recovery does not effect the delay time at all. Another imbalance, But that's a discussion for another day.

Editado por Gaslight_13: 11/4/2014 1:52:34 PM
Tests have been done...
weasel words at it's finest... care to share who has done what test and is there video evidence? And yes, Warlocks have faster recovery... To be honest...I'm getting tired of this, all you do is complain how more or less EVERYTHING is imbalanced in Destiny. If I would be that unstatisfied I would not bother with it at all. Are you a very dedicated troll or do you love discussing stuff? I would've walked away and started playing something else by now...
