Warlock Melee Is Broken

Warlock melee [b]not abilities[/b] has much larger range than all the other classes. It's also a semi AOE, it hits in a [b]area[/b] in front and to the sides of the user rather than just a direction. The area in which the attack takes effect only effects a single person at a given time, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it is a AOE (area of effect). The warlock melee is much easier to land hits with. Not only that, the warlock melee has zero travel time, while the blink strike must lunge towards the opponent. Guaranteeing that in a melee battle, not only will the warlock have the easiest time aiming their melee attack. Their melee is guaranteed to hit first. This makes it [b]extremely[/b] easy to use, and instead of it requiring skill, people just spam it. I even see people spam their melee after they have shot a bullet, even if the enemy is already dead, just in case. A warlock even once told me, that he calls his melee, his second shotgun. [b]Base[/b] Warlock melee: longer range + AOE + no travel time = unbalanced Plain and simple. Edit 1: Another problem the [b]base[/b] warlock melee is even more effective and reliable than even the blink strike for the hunter. Which is an [b]ability[/b] with a [b]cooldown[/b]. That is a serious problem that needs to be addressed.
