I don't know any more than you do about it, but I do know that if I'm able to, I'm traveling straight there with my first character. Since you probably can't land on Saturn in the finished game, exploring Cassini is the next best thing.

You can't land on Saturn because there is no land on Saturn.

You can't land on Venus either but they already have a jungle and a garden on Venus, life can't be found on mars(from what we know) but there is a forest on mars, bungie isn't setting limits on things, they're thinking beyond reality; they even have a snowy/arctic land on one of Jupiter's moons.

Actually if there was a bathtub large enough Saturn would float in it. Saturn Jupiter Neptune and Uranus are fuzz balls as I like to call them with solid cores. Their moons however are a different story. Jupiter was suppose to be a second star for our solar system but it just never came to be; binary systems are extremely common, they are as frequent as single star systems if Jupiter had become a star we probably would not be here. That's why it's so massive and the other fun Fact the asteroid belt was suppose to be an additional planet but due to jupiters gravity field and the suns the planet never formed....that's why we have an asteroid belt . If Jupiter was not holding those asteroids I. Place we would be destroyed by constant asteroid impact. Thank Jupiter for its hospitality. It's amazing.

From what I understand, gas giants have a solid core. You can't land on Saturn because the pressure of the gas would crush you, however.

Ah, indeed.
