Wicked slows on hit so every bullet technically can stun overload or unstops which means it is technically an intrinsic anti-champion.
Polaris can have the chance to stun on the 5th hit so it gets around that problem.
Conditional is the same as wicked in the sense that every shot can stun a champion which means it is also technically intrinsically an anti-champ weapon.
I cant gaurentee thats the reason but im fairly sure thats why.
If you remember back to unstop fusions, chill clip wouldnt proc regardless of where you were in the mag if you were aiming and unstop wouldnt work if you werent aiming. It seems to be something along those lines (in this case unstop and chill clip can stun the same champion meaning theres no overlap but unstop did overrule chill clip)

It takes 3 crits to apply slow, which slow stuns overloads. Then 6 crits to freeze, which shatter stuns unstoppables. Polaris takes 5 crits for perfect 5th with applies scorch to all enemies hit by the explosion. It takes 10 for an ignition which stuns unstoppables. Depending on your build, ignitions can also give you radiance which gives you anti barrier rounds. You can also chain ignitions depending on your build.
