Think they are treated as the exact same thing, hence why they don’t stack.
Someone with better knowledge can probably confirm or deny this though.

I think so. For example I used to like 180s with backup. When I used backup without a mag increasing mag option It would give me maybe 6. When I use a mag increasing mag the mag will give me 6 and the backup mag will give me either like 2 or 0

Maybe you did not see my reply from before. I have it with triple tap. So...wouldn't that give me 2 more bullets asumming I get 5 in the magazine?

Yeah. Triple tap gives you 1 extra bullet out of thin air, for every 3 precision hits. So...if my maths are correct, I would get 2 extra bullets if I had 5 in the magazine. But again...my maths are not the best.

Here is my math...again, it might be wrong. 5 in the mag-3 shots=2 in the mag 2 in the mag+1 from triple tap=3 bullets in the mag 3 shots fired=0 in the mag. 0 +1 from tt. 3+3+1=7 Again...I am.VERY bad at math.
