shatterdive technically has a 1 second cooldown, but how is it a movement ability? Do you use it to move around?
Also, the radius it registers at is like 4m, the glacier nade is what kills you at 8m and even in super

You can use shatterdive to juke things. If it made you fall at a normal speed it wouldn't be, but it quickly accelerates you downwards. So let's say you are running from a sunbreaker or something. You jump really high to avoid the hammer but a second one is coming, if you react fast enough you can use the slam to quickly get back to the ground and start moving again. In a specific situation it serves as a movement ability.

Editado por Dr. Kaal: 1/2/2021 5:41:23 AMWhat do you mean by asking that? It propels your character downwards at a slight angle. Anything that moves your character is a movement ability. And 4m radius compared to Titan's ~1 m when sliding is pretty damn huge.

does it really help though? Because I don't think it's worth mentioning if it does nothing but give you a controlled fall. As for the radius, I know it's pretty niche, but Destiny uses feet and calls it meters. So 4m would be around 13ft, but it is not that big of a difference- more like 3ft diff between sdive radius and titan slide, which has to make contact. Speaking of, cryoclasm has more use in neutral game than sdive, so the tradeoff is having to make contact, and you are also given an extra fragment to help your neutral game better

Yes it does, because look at the cliffside map. You can pop up, shoot a Handcannon, and dive downward with damage reduction. It is strong vertical movement and you know that.

Yes it helps alot. Imagine you're jumping over an obstacle and while your in the air you see multiple sniper glints in the distance. That ability allows you to get down quick as otherwise you float down slowly being much easier to hit.
