Even a five win card just not flawless

Bungie would have to allow only like 3 to 5 resets per card and then buy a new 1

It wouldn't change much for the rest of us. If the concern is to stop farming, then this wouldn't do it. I guess if you don't think people farming is the issue, then yes this could help (but good teams are farming).

My thought is theyd keep reseting thier cards to not go flawless and wait till the end to do so just a thought

People would continue to do this for the same reasons they are already doing it. Farming ELO, farming tokens, it is fun to stomp, etc. Look at LFG this weekend and you'll see plenty of groups looking for 1 win resets. This is how you can have first match on a card after first match on a card against 2,000 or so ELO opponents. They are resetting to farm.

Helping improve the experience for more players can’t solve that, Bungie would need to address it separately.
