The problem you're not acknowledging is how a paid service to play Destiny would be implemented. You would be expected to pay a monthly fee in order to play a game with zero guarantee that it would improve. Most likely, they would keep it exactly where it is but charge people monthly to play the same content. Which is ridiculous. Your argument, along with the OP, is to give money to a company that has plenty because that would mean "game is more better." No. It would mean people pay more for nothing extra. No guarantee the game or its servers or anti-cheat methods actually improve. Giving more money to these abject failures will NOT make them listen and change course. Giving them nothing will. Here's the short and sweet of it... *Bungie keeps making money* Bungie: Guess we're doing it right so there's no reason to change anything. Stay the course. *Bungie suddenly loses money* Bungie: Holy sh*t! We're tanking hard and fast so we gotta make some actual, needed changes to get them back.

  • I think your response is putting the cart before the horse. They would need to make some pretty hefty changes and improvements to the game before charging a monthly fee. If you’re expecting me to list detailed explanations as to what I feel needs to change and how to go about it, you’re barking up the wrong tree. I never claimed to be a developer. I have some ideas, sure, but what do I know about anything. I simply shared an opinion. It would be up to the developers ultimately to come up with a model that would sit worthy of a subscription.
