Can you realize how few players will be playing shadow after all that is left of the 4.5% still playing this game understand that there is absolutely nothing worth on the horizon? Except just a trolling avenue? What will happen when all the noobs who didn’t play D1 realize that they’re just trolled in favor of more free fresh noobs? It’s called chapter 11! Or say, selling Destiny’s franchise. It could actually be the best thing for destiny’s future. Bungie have become way to incompetent over time, and the absence of activision and all of their supporting studios is a strong warning on the quality of any future content. With Bungie, we’re more likely in for another rinse and repeat, cyclotomic content.

I think Bungie and Luke Smith (+ the team) deserve some credit. Implementing the Armor 2.0 system and Artifacts gives players A LOT more options and control. We have Finishing Moves coming, too, which should be pretty hilarious when you'll start to see others do really stupid sh*t with it. I'm expecting this stuff to work out really well. We'll get a really close look at it all in two days, on Wednesday, from the Live Reveal + Luke Smith's super-long breakdown of the direction the game's taking moving into Destiny 3. Finally, with Shadowkeep around the corner will we really be able to tear ourselves away from Destiny? All of this innovation and expansion of core systems will only add to the experience. It's giving the game depth where depth has been really, really lacking since D1.

No ones cares about gears that yield nothing and aren’t even good looking. No one cares about finishing moves, I guess you can’t have missed the salt on that. This is not street fighter X. Pre orders are terrible. I have been playing a lot since I bought this game and forsaken plus annual pass $39 yet am not buying shadow. If you work with Bungie you guys really need to lock yourselves out of your brainstreaming sessions. If not, you have a lot of hope in a company that has repeatedly proven not to give a damn about its players.

You do know that the majestic solstice armor set is the first armor 2.0 set, right?

Yeah...which is out in October. We will get a 2.0 set of the solstice armour, so these sets now are going to be redundant. These current sets don’t magically upgrade to 2.0

I don't know why people are downvoting you... what you're saying is correct. The first set we'll get (if you got majestic) is a 2.0 version from Banshee... and with 2.0 it's basically just a cosmetic skin. We WON'T be getting 2.0 versions of the stuff dropping in packages etc it's not going to 'upgrade'
