Playing with friends tonight we each had bad alerts pop or triumphs pop for the wrong things. One friend got a Crucible triumph while playing gambit. I randomly received a set of triumph notifications for unlocking basic class triumphs I did a long long time ago, and another friend was told he could reset his infamy when he was only at 12k.
