One of several reasons I uninstalled the game a few weeks ago. The best though, is that Bungie is going to start restricting PVP activity due to internet connection because they were too cheap to buy dedicated servers instead blaming the consumer. It will take an awful lot for me to ever purchase a Bungie game again.

Editado por jcald--: 1/2/2019 2:14:29 PMYeah because games with dedicated servers fix people shitty connection. Rainbow Six does tthe same thing, your connection sucks you don't play and they have dedicated servers.....plus if you manage to play with shit ping you will lose to someone with a better connection.

Perhaps you are correct, but Destiny is the only game I have ever played that had matchmaking/PVP connection problems. All of the others were perfectly fine. They are alienating yet another part of their community.
-
They are not, they are making it fair for those of us that aren't stealing wifi from our neighbors. Rainbow and Destiny are not the only games that restrict access if your connection is garbage.
-
The main game I was referring to was CoD which I played for years with zero connection issues, yet with Destiny, the issues were there from day one.
-
So your comparing Destiny to one game, I counter argued with one game. Plus CoD has the worst lag compensation in history. I have definitely lagged worse in CoD than I ever have playing Destiny or any other modern online shooter.

I never did in all the years I played. Contacting destiny servers commonly appears in Crucible. Fortnite never has lag or connection issues for me either (my son plays most of the time, but I do from time to time). Anyway, Destiny is the only game I have experienced it regularly. Would dedicated servers help? I really don't have the technical expertise, but something is definitely different with Destiny.
