Or dont want to have to commit to grinding for a gun thats in comp, just to be able to feel competitive in Quickplay... Most players get their luna and camp in quickplay its -blam!- and kinda contradicts having an elite comp weapon really, esp when it doesnt even have an exotic equal. Its defo broken in the way its implemented, although im not saying the gun isnt without merit. They shouldve made all the sweaty comp weapons excl to comp. Then they wouldve had bragging rights and served a purpose. Playing 6s full of shottys and lunas/not forgottens is just a cancer thats infested quickplay and its killing the crucible for the majority

If you feel that you need a Luna's Howl in order to be competitive in quickplay, then that may be you a problem, I haven't used mine in ages and I feel fine without it. It happens, you could always leave the match or tough it out, get your rewards, and requeue. I've gone through my fair share of that as well, you're not the only one who has faced that.

I dont NEED to use it. Your missing the point. I play crucible or fun, solo and give 0 -blam!-s if i win or lose. Im never sweating it out in comp for that gun ever. My point is why is it most players get it and camp in quickplay? its dumb. They are comp weapons and should be exclusive to comp against in skill based matches. I use Molesto in quickplay and have a ball. Also the TTK for them guns out performs almost every exotic I can think of, other than rockets lol They have 0 recoil!!! Sure u can change your play style etc to counter their optimum ranges but mannnn....its quickpay....not comp! see my point :) Quickplay is like casual play...comp is sweat /deodorant on mode. Having a gun in one mode which most farm to go 'easy mode' in pubs sees proper -blam!- to me and I just cant see the logic tbh. If you couldnt use em in pubs the only players that would cry would be the players that cant -blam!- pubs without em. As you said, skilled players dont need the in pubs at all to excel.

I stopped playing Comp after getting the Luna because of lag and Quickplay is simply more fun. But it’s probably different for different people. Making the Luna and NF only usable in Comp is a terrible idea. It’s like saying you can only use Raid weapons in the Raid. Or Strike specific loot in that 1 strike. What’s the point in having a game with so much to do and loot to get if that loot is only allowed in 1 certain activity. If your having problems against them try the Telesto or Wavesplitter. Both do a good job.
