Separation of balance changes between PVE and PVP should [b][u]definitely[/u][/b] be implemented in D2.

I know if it's not separated 100% that i won't get it. Sure, i'll be tempted to and i'm sure it'll be fun as hell but then the nerfing will start. And keep coming until we're at the point we reached now in this game: PvE weapons,perks, ammo cap.(???) and several other things are just, honestly, shit.
