100% I agree I bought a game that doesn't excused anymore its a far cry from enjoyable now. And violates my rights as a consumer. So I think legal action is merited for those with microtransactions under the pretense that it would carry into Destiny 2 some spending hundreds of dollars . Bs

There was never a pretense that any of the stuff you purchased would carry over. It was however assumed by most that you would be able to thanks to the theories that are on YouTube about wanting to be able to carry over. No where in any forum or disclaimer have I ever seen anything that would remotely hint at Bungie carrying over purchases. If you were fool enough to waste your hard earned dollars on in game pixels and such then you are the fool not Bungie. you just helped to line their pockets.
