Have the courtesy to invite them, after all it was you who made the post asking for players. This is an unspoken rule in any game, specially MMOs and any multiplayer game." Correct to an extent. If I make a post and include message Gt: XYZ with light level and subclass it is the players responsibility to message me with that information for an invite. "If you invite a player please be courteous and respectful when it comes to their play style. If they join your group do not question their loadout. They know their character much better than you. You don't question everything they do or use to kill enemies." Actually if I'm inviting someone I am allowed to question their loadout, they are joining me not the other way around. The point of inviting said individual is to find someone who will be of help to the group I am forming. If said player lacks a loadout to be of help then they need to be replaced with someone who can be of help. Much like they may know their character I know what I'm looking for when building a team. In addition there is nothing wrong with asking people why they are using a particular loadout, sometimes you can learn something that you may not have known previously.
